Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
We offer a full money back guarantee for all faulty items. Prior to sending your item back, please email us to explain the fault and await our reply. We may then ask you to return your goods, which must be received by us within 30 days of the original receipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund including postage. Items must be returned by track-able means e.g. Royal Mail recorded.
If a customer chooses to cancel or return their order once payment has been made, the following rules apply. You must notify us immediately in writing by letter, email or fax within 7 working days from date of delivery. The product must be in a "as new" condition. If the packaging has been opened, it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or damaging or marking the product (i.e not smelling of smoke, perfume, hand cream, oils etc). Items must be returned by trace-able means e.g. Royal Mail recorded, at the customer's expense. The customer will incur a 20% handling charge (to cover admin, banking, merchant charges, supplier charges etc). The remaining 80% of the price paid for the goods will be credited back to the account the payment was made from. Please email us at sales@pcvalet.co.uk.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta, Cheque, Postal Order and BACs. All credit/debit card details given to this site are secure and are processed by SagePay or PayPal. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as ‘pcvalet’.
Those wishing to pay by cheque can place an order as normal, but select cheque during the checkout process. Upon placing the order, you should send a cheques as directed. United Kingdom cheques only please. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods despatched.

Anti Static and Grounding Products:
It is your responsibility to make sure any grounding equipment and grounding points that you are going to use is safe and free from any defects.
Check the grounding point e.g. the electrical socket you are going to use, regularly for any damage. Always leave the switch in the off position. Check grounding cords and plugs and any other equipment before use. Discard and replace any defective grounding points and equipment if worn or damaged.
Cleaning solutions and sprays:
Beware of how sprays and cleaning solutions can affect other people and always think of your health and safety and only use the product for what it is intended for. Treat all chemicals with caution: Use only as directed. Do not swallow and avoid contact with eyes. Seek immediate medical help if this happens. Do not modify any components within any product.Do not allow any children to us these products and only use the products as directed and only for what they are intended for.

Gift Vouchers
If you wish to give someone a gift from our site, but are unsure what they would like, why not purchase a gift voucher. These can be purchased in denominations of £5, £10 and £25. Once you have ordered the gift voucher, you have the option of having it emailed to yourself or a friend (including a message). Gift Vouchers can be printed and cut out and used as traditional vouchers if you prefer. Each certificate has a unique code, which is entered at the checkout when purchasing your items.
Promotions / Corporate Discounts
Where a promotion / corporate discount has been given, you need to enter the code that appears in the advertisement. This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement, and will give the customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
