Slide your wrist strap on to your wrist with the backing plat on the inside of your wrist for a firm but comfortable fit. Attach all your cabling and grounding plug (if you are going to use one) Now attach the claw clip from the system tester to the final grounding point of your wrist strap and cabling system. Press the large silver test pad. If the green light shows then you are good to go. Now you can attach your cabling system to your safe earthing point.
