Cancellation and Returns Information:
PCValet Ltd Cancellation and Returns Policy:
You have a 7 days "cooling off" period in which to cancel your order. Please email sales@pcvalet.co.uk or phone on: 01304 898191 to advise us of your decision to cancel your order. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within thirty days of your cancellation.
Returns must be within 7 days of receipt of goods. Our refunds are less P&P. Items must be returned by track-able means e.g. Royal Mail recorded. Goods must be undamaged and in a fully re-saleable condition with original paperwork and packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.
