It is simple and easy to earth yourself with this kit. Slide the wrist strap on to your arm for a comfortable fit, connect one end of the cable to the wrist strap and the other end to the grounding clamp, and fit the clamp to your pipework. Please note: this must be connected to bare metal. Earthing yourself is vital to prevent ESD damage to any of your computer’s electronic components.
